About

Hi, I am Maria Kazvan, a Photographer, Videographer and, Graphic Designer located in Toronto.

I was born in Lviv, Ukraine, in 1989.
Me and my dog moved to Toronto, Canada in 2022, after the full-scale war began.

I have master’s in journalism, graduated Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.

My artworks are inspired by human psychology, mystical practices, folklore and my life experiences. I am focused on creating long-term projects, with a strong conceptual base. Using
vivid, high-quality imagery. Mixing my love for experiments with media,
objects and techniques, I am creating surrealistic, magic realism photography, videography, stop-motion videos and performances.

In my graphic projects, I work closely with clients to find all the perfect solutions for their business and make it stand out on the market. To make my clients fully visible and recognizable. I aim also to let their brand identity speak for their work and values. When it comes to your identity, I will dig deep and find perfect keys, and symbols and create an ideal image for your brand.
